Description
The Learning Technology Network (LTN) is an established network of staff
at the University of Leeds who have an interest in digital education and
who wish to share their enthusiasm and experience of technology with
like-minded colleagues to keep abreast of developments and innovations
in technology for research and to support student education.
Meeting approximately 6 or 7 times a year, the network provides an
opportunity for staff to keep in touch with the work of colleagues in
this field, to share and discuss new innovations and practices, and to
test and evaluate collectively and in a hands-on manner some of the
latest technologies available.
Themes and topics for the meetings are established by the LTN Steering
Group which is represented by colleagues from various services and
faculties across the University.
The network welcomes all colleagues who are interested in digital
education particularly those who are:
• Learning technologists
• Academic teaching staff interested in digital education
• Digital education leaders and support staff
• IT support staff
• IT project leaders
