Description
The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with an opportunity
to consider and explore the various factors/contributors to workplace
pressure and stress drawing on their own experiences, and to develop a
range of techniques to help prevent and/or overcome them.

Stress what is it?
Stages of stress and how to recognise them
The signs and symptoms of pressure/stress
Coping strategies - tools and techniques for coping and overcoming the
symptoms.
