OVERALL AIM
This course is a general introduction to the work of Accounts Receivable
and Financial Aid (Student Financial Administration). It is intended to
improve understanding of student financial administration, policy and
support.

INTENDED OUTCOMES AND BENEFITS FROM ATTENDING

support for undergraduate, full-time, UK students.

The course will cover the following:
• Overview of the business of the teams
• How to contact us
• What students get and what they really spend*
• How, when and where to refer students*
• Charging and payment of tuition and accommodation fees*
• Common problems*
*Please note that due to time restrictions the content will focus on
‘Home’, full-time, undergraduate students.
