Personal Resilience (the ability to bounce back from adversity) is a
vital capacity to have - especially when faced with a busy work
environment and ongoing change.
This workshop provides a practical framework of strategies, skills and
techniques to help participants focus on achieving success whilst
building their personal resilience through change
Objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Identify the factors involved in building personal resilience,
self efficacy and confidence
2. Recognise the impact that change can have re values, performance
and resilience
3. Identify their own personal power and learn the 5 magic
ingredients of assertive communication
4. Increase their problem solving skills – mind mapping
5. Discover how to change their reaction to change
6. Devise an action plan to boost personal resilience, achieve
results and success
