Suitability: Postgraduates, Research Staff who teach and other Part-time Teachers (from any discipline) who have some experience of teaching and who have an interest in further developing their teaching skills and gaining greater understanding of their role and responsibilities as a HE teacher. It is expected that participants will have attended one or more of: Learning and Teaching in Tutorials, Seminars, Problems Classes and Workshops; Assessing Students Work; Laboratories and Practical Classes; Learning and Teaching in Lectures.
