Description
Storytelling can be a powerful strategy to quickly engage audiences and
reinforce key learning concepts, whether through a creative analogy and
or an authentic case study. This workshop explores the roles of
anecdotes and short stories in teaching and how harnessing different
forms of media can further enhance this practice.

After first introducing some fundamental storytelling concepts, you will
have the opportunity to explore this pedagogy from the perspective of
your own professional practice.

The workshop will cover:
• How to create an engaging story
• Applying storytelling techniques within your own practice.
• Mapping a story or case study to a learning outcome.
• Using media to enhance your narrative.
