site, showing users how to check who currently has access and how to
review the permission levels assigned to individuals and groups.
It explains the different ways to grant people access—whether adding
them directly to the site, placing them into existing SharePoint groups,
or sharing specific libraries or folders.
The session also briefly covers how to stop inheriting permissions from
a parent site so that custom permission groups and more tailored access
settings can be created when needed, giving users greater control over
who can view, edit, or manage content.
