This webinar introduces the basics of SharePoint, focusing on how it
differs from OneDrive and Microsoft Teams so users can understand when
to use each platform for storing and sharing files.
It explains how SharePoint underpins file storage for Teams, how
OneDrive is designed for personal work files, and how SharePoint sites
support team or project-wide collaboration.
The session also teaches users how to recognise exactly where a file is
stored by looking at the URL, helping them understand whether a document
lives in a personal OneDrive, a Teams channel, or a SharePoint site.
