Module Information
Workshop 1: Why Change
The workshop will position the context of the drivers of change for the
University of Leeds, why it is happening and how it impacts
organisational culture. Participants will be introduced to the
University’s internal change roles and competencies and will have the
opportunity to self-assess against these and apply to current change
projects.

Workshop 2: Leading Transition and Managing Resistance
The second workshop will explore leadership capability when leading
people through change. This will include understanding how change
affects performance and identifying a range of strategies to manage
transition and resistance.

Workshop 3: Leading Strategic Change
The final workshop will develop capability to apply strategic change
framework on a current change project. Participants will get the
opportunity to work on their current challenges and be introduced to a
range of internal online tools.
