help to secure their next position.

It is ideal for those who are on redeployment or who have 6-18 months
left on their current research contracts.

Career Accelerator focuses on the job search part of career development:

You will learn how to:

- Raise your visibility and network

- Attract opportunities on LinkedIn

- Use the best job search strategies

- Use AI wisely for your job search

- Write compelling CVs, cover letters and application forms

- Master interview techniques

- Negotiate a job offer

Please note: We meet bi-weekly, for 4 full days, 10.00-16.00, on campus.
This programme is intensive over 8 weeks. To benefit fully, you need to
commit to attending all sessions, contributing to the group discussions
and completing assignments in between sessions.

There will be pre-course work to complete, which will take about 2
