Description
This course will take place on campus.
Building strong external partnerships is an essential skill for
researchers seeking to extend the reach and impact of their work. This
practical workshop is designed to help you identify, connect with, and
collaborate effectively with external stakeholders and partners.
Through interactive activities, you will build a targeted list of
stakeholders interested in your research, explore how to prioritise
networking opportunities, and develop a clear value proposition using
the Value Proposition Canvas tool.
The session will conclude with action planning, enabling you to take
concrete first steps towards building meaningful partnerships that
support your research goals.
As a result of attending, you will be able to:
• Identify and begin prioritising potential external stakeholders
and partners relevant to your research area.
• Construct a value proposition using the Value Proposition
Canvas tool.
• Develop an action plan outlining the first steps towards
building and strengthening external research partnerships.
