Description
This session will be face to face on campus.

Imagine the scene: you’ve written your job application and –
congratulations! – you’ve been offered an interview. But what do you do
now? Whether you’re excited, nervous or both, preparation is key for
maximising your chance of success.

In this workshop, we’ll cover:
• The differences in interview types (e.g. face to face vs online,
interviews vs assessment centres)
• The logistics of interviews (e.g. what to wear, when to arrive)
• Common questions and answers
• Competency-based questions
• Answering those tricky questions!

This interactive workshop will give you a chance to practice answering
questions and interviewing others, and help you figure out what you need
to do to be ready for that interview.

Please note: you do not need to have been offered an interview to attend
this course.

Pre-work: (Optional). Please bring a job description for a job that you
have been
offered an interview for, or which you would like to apply for in the
future.
