everyone to function in a digital society and how this translates to
their role at the University. We will explore what digital capabilities
are and how you can access and use the Discovery Tool to self–assess
your current digital capabilities.
By the end of the session, you will be able to:

to your role.
- Understand what the Jisc Discovery Tool is and how it can help to
develop your digital capabilities.
- Learn how to access and use the Jisc Discovery Tool including
Locate and sign-in to the tool
- Choose a suitable question set
- Interpret your report
- Request the digital badge
- Make the best use of the resources
- Identify your strengths and areas for development and plan your next
steps for improving your digital capabilities.
