Description
This is an interactive workshop for mentees on the University Wide
Mentoring Scheme to share experiences with other mentees, reflect on
your mentoring experience and plan your next steps after mentoring.

Objectives:
• Review your mentoring experience and identify the most important
learning you've had from mentoring.
• Identify the personal or professional development goals that are most
important to you now.
• Create an action plan to continue your development and find support
for your development after mentoring.

As some pre-work for the session, please can you:
• Revisit your mentoring goals: what have you achieved? How have your
goals changed? (Bring your mentoring contract with you if you have it)
• Select an object in your house to represent your mentoring experience
to share during the session.

This workshop will be held online.
