Aim/outcomes: This course will aim to equip managers with the knowledge
and skills required to have a successful recruitment process at the
University of Leeds. It will cover the requirements that you have as a
hiring manager, as well as focussing on processes and principles that
the university has in place for recruitment, this will cover elements
such as interviewing techniques and skills, understanding job
descriptions, legal requirements etc.
At the end of the session participants should leave feeling that they
have a better understanding of recruitment processes at the University
of Leeds, and that they are able to find useful resources or a key
contact in the future.
