Description

This session will be delivered in Person on Campus.

Colleagues on grades 2 – 5 are able to book their place on a
programme to support career planning and development. Each programme
will consist of three modules which will cover effective interview
skills, mock interview practice, creating effective CVs and job
applications, and developing skills profiles.

Module 1: Effective CVs/ Skills profiles and Job Applications
Module 2: Effective Interview Skills
Module 3: Mock Interviews

Module 3 (Mock Interviews) will happen within the 2 weeks following
Module 2 and we will be in contact with some times you can book on to.

By the end of the sessions participants will:
- Consider effective interview skills
- Experience mock interview practice
- Consider effective CVs and job applications
- Understand and start to develop skills profiles

- Developing skills profiles.

Delivery mode
These sessions will be delivered in person. There will be some
input from the facilitator using PowerPoint, however much of the
sessions will be informal group discussion, Q&As, input from invited
contributors, sharing experiences, advice, and knowledge.

About the tutor:
This programme will be delivered by Kate Noll, Learning and Development
Advisor in OD&PL (Organisational Development and Professional Learning).
