Description
Aurora is a women-only leadership development programme designed and
facilitated by Advance HE. It was created to address the under-
representation of women in senior roles in higher education. The
University of Leeds has been an active member since its launch in 2013,
supporting over 250 participants in their leadership career trajectory.
The programme is for colleagues at or above lecturer level, and Grade 6
and above in professional services and technician roles. Information
about what the programme includes can be found on the OD&PL site.
If this leadership development opportunity is of interest, OD&PL are
hosting a short session that will focus on what to expect from the
programme, how to apply and things to think about before you do. The
session will close with a Q&A's with our University's Aurora Champion –
Maria Stopyra.
