Please note this event is only open to staff who have previously
attended the "Role based competencies for managers for working with
issues of stress and mental health at work"

Overall aim of event:
Give managers who have attended the ISSIWAW workshop the opportunity to
explore specific issues around supporting colleagues.
By the end of this event, participants will:
Have been given the opportunity to reflect on the skills learnt in the
ISSIWAW workshop
Have been given the opportunity to explore questions they may have
around managing colleagues with stress or mental health issues
NB: This event is run by trained facilitators. However, specific
questions about policy relating to individual members of staff or cases
should be aimed at the local HR manager

documentation.
