Description
Overall Aim:
This session aims to provide a space to explore feedback practices and
consider ways of more efficiently and effectively mobilising your own
writing expertise to scaffold the writing development of your PGRs
Whilst not excluding reference to theory, the focus will be firmly on
practice

Outcomes and Benefits:
In this session, through discussion of examples and with reference to a
flexible framework for structuring feedback, you can expect to:
- gain greater awareness of your own feedback practices
- gain greater awareness of the feedback needs of PGRs at the
different stages of their candidature
- become familiar with practical strategies both to optimise the
usability/uptake of feedback and maximise use of your time.
