Description
In this workshop, we will examine the process involved in writing for
academic publication. With an understanding of the key stages of the
publishing process, we will examine the key differences between writing
for university and for publication and participants will be encouraged
to think about their next steps. If possible, participants should come
to the session with ideas for potential publications.

This workshop includes:

  • Recognise the differences in writing for assignments and for
    academic publication.

  • Understand the processes involved in academic publishing.

  • Identify next steps to take towards publishing.


Location: Teaching Room 1, Level 1, Laidlaw Library.
