Description
This session aims to increase participants confidence in preparing for

By the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding
of how an interview situation affects them, how they respond to them
and learn techniques to manage their reactions. Participants will have
more confidence and coping techniques when being interviewed.

This is intended to be a practical session for the participants to
choose and practice suggested interview techniques to improve their
confidence in an interview situation.

Content will include:
• Recap of preparing effectively for interviews
• Looking at different types of questions
• practising interview tips.

It would be useful to have attended the Effective Interviews skills for
Grade 2-5 Staff session before booking on this practice session but it
is not mandatory.
