Description

This session will be delivered online

This session gives participants the opportunity to look at where they
are at in their career here and now, and for the future. They will have
the opportunity to reflect on achievements so far and to consider next
steps and action planning for the future.

By the end of the session participants will:

- Understand what their role/career means to them
- Have identified what has been holding them back
- Have reflected on what they have already achieved and want to achieve
- Know where to find support and resources to help with their next steps

What the event will cover:
- Career review
- Celebrating successes
- Action Planning
- Next step resources and support

This session will be delivered online. There will be some input from the
facilitator using powerpoint, however the majority of the session will
be informal group discussion, Q&As, sharing experiences, advice and
knowledge.

The session will be delivered by Jo Westerman, Organisational Learning
Partner in OD&PL and supported by Harriet Boatwright (Learning and
Development advisor). Jo has several years of experience working with
staff in Grade 2 to 5 roles looking at what learning opportunities are
available to help colleagues progress your career. She has also been a
Springboard trainer delivering development programmes for women for over
10 years. Harriet's focus is to maximise learning and development
opportunities for colleagues on Grade 2 to 5 roles, supporting them in
their personal and professional development.

The team vision is to provide an agile learning and development
portfolio that works for our colleagues in the G2 - G5 community.
Through a sense of togetherness, belonging and connection we will be
proud to work together to better ourselves and each other.
