advance of a short informal session to explore further the knowledge and
skills you need to be able to plan and facilitate online team
development sessions.

Given unprecedented times caused by Covid 19, remote management of teams
has become the norm. In this climate there is a greater need than ever
to bring together the members of teams and make them feel engaged with a
collective purpose.
