COURSE OBJECTIVE:
This online course introduces a range of Excel tools that can help you
clean, structure and improve the quality of your data.
You will learn how to work with CSV (Comma Separated Values) files, use
Text to Columns to split data into separate fields, and apply Flash Fill
to automatically recognise and complete patterns in your data.
The course also covers how to identify and remove duplicate records and
how to use Data Validation to control the type of information that can
be entered into worksheets.
These techniques are ideal for anyone who needs to prepare, maintain and
manage accurate data in Excel.

COURSE FORMAT:
The course involves explanation, demonstration and hands-on practice,
working through exercises that build on your existing skills and
increase the functionality of spreadsheets.

PREREQUISITES:
Participants should have a sound knowledge of Excel and be able to
apply a simple filter and sort data.
