Description
Pre-requsites:
Please ensure you have read the SRDS scheme and form before attending
the training. A link will be sent to you when you book.

Pre-Work: None

Overall aim of course:
To provide the skills required to undertake an effective SRDS meeting.
The pre-reading will provide the underpinning knowledge.

Intended outcomes + benefits from attending:
Participants will understand the importance of the SRDS scheme, know how
to undertake an effective SRDS, have discussed the skills which help to
motivate and engage staff to support high performance, and be prepared
for any potential difficult situations.

Indicative content:
The workshop will focus on the skills required such as giving feedback
and setting work and development objectives.

Learning and teaching methods:
Pre-reading, Tutor input, round table discussion ,Q&A &
sharing experiences.

Tutor:
Tutors from the Professional and Organisational Development Team.
