Overall aim of course
This course will help participants to develop their staff recruitment
interviewing skills.
Intended outcomes + benefits from attending :
Aims to leave participates feeling more confident and assured about
planning and undertaking interviews.
Indicative content:
The session will give participants the opportunity to develop their
interviewing skills, through discussion and group role play activities.
Suitable for both individuals with or without prior experience of
undertaking staff recruitment interviews.
