exceptional service on the front desk.

Learning and teaching methods:
An interactive course based around small and large group discussions.
Tutor:
Jenni Whitfield is the Front Desk Network Coordinator and has worked at
the University for over 5 years. She has extensive experience working in
various front desk roles.
