OVERALL AIM
To give staff an opportunity to ask questions and improve their
understanding of fees processes and procedures.

INTENDED OUTCOMES AND BENEFITS
Staff will improve their knowledge of fee procedures and understand the
implications on a student’s fee in terms of:
• Scholarships
• Sponsorship
• Fee amendments
• Student leavers
• Registration
• Student finance (tuition)

CONTENT
This course will cover a general overview of the fees cycle for a
student. Time will then be set aside for your questions and you will be
given information on forms to use and guidelines available.

LEARNING AND TEACHING METHODS
There will be a presentation containing a general overview of our work,
policies and guidelines.
The rest of the session will focus on your questions and discuss issues
related to fees.
