Description
Are you unsure what you want to do next in your career? Would
you like to take a different approach to planning your career? The
Business Model You methodology offers a simple way to map out, reflect
on and reinvent your career plan. It’s based on a very simple idea,
taking the principles that organisations use to build their business
models and constructing a personal business model.

Successful businesses constantly analyse, modify and reinvent their
business models to stay competitive. We’ll show you how to do this with
your own personal business models. You’ll use your personal business
model to reflect on what it is that you do and identify what and how you
can do it better. By the end of the course you will understand how to
use this powerful career tool to evaluate your skills, values and
aspirations to help you revitalise your career plans.
