Description
AIM
The purpose of these short open dialogue sessions is to maintain the
personal development momentum after participants complete an SDDU
leadership development programme. These short sessions aim to use
recent research conducted into an aspect of leadership in an HE context
or an external perspective of leadership to spark discussion and
identify practical solutions for leadership issues currently facing
staff.

FREQUENCY:
Sessions are scheduled to run three times per year at approximately 4
monthly intervals. Each session is 2 hours in duration. Sessions are
introduced by a senior leader from within the University, followed by a
presentation and Q&A by the guest presenter, concluding with an open
forum discussion identifying the practical application of the key
findings.
