Description
Pre requisites: None

Pre work: Prior to the workshop, participants will be asked to complete
a brief questionnaire and time log, to enable them to identify their
current issues regarding time management and their time usage on a
typical day

Overall aim of workshop: The aim of this workshop is to introduce
tools and techniques for priority and time management, and to enable
participants to audit their current practice against these models. In
times of constant change and pressures to achieve different and
competing objectives, using your time as a key resource to help maintain
balance and control is a practical skill that anyone can benefit from

Intended outcomes: By the end of this workshop, participants will have:

Explored a range of practical tips and techniques for effective time
management; Identified key areas in their own practice where these tips
and techniques could improve personal time management; Determined what
is appropriate to incorporate into their own practice and drawn up a
personal action plan to address the key areas identified.

Indicative Content: Barriers to good time management; Planning and
prioritisation of tasks; Goal and objective setting; Personal time
management; Handling changing priorities; Improving time usage; Tips
to beat the time bandits; Office and desk management.

Tutor: Jane Wintringham: Jane Wintringham is an independent trainer
and qualified solicitor, her back ground gives her a unique
understanding of the problems and frustrations of leaders and managers
operating in a professional environment.
Her personal qualities and experience coupled with NLP training have
helped Jane identify strategies and techniques which can be learnt
quickly and put into practice, transforming the way individuals relate
to themselves and to others.
